At 7Sylevn by Avril, your satisfaction is important to us. We ensure all products are inspected and packaged with care before shipping. Due to the nature of skincare, supplements, and personal-use beauty products, we have specific return guidelines to maintain product safety and hygiene.

1. No Returns on Opened or Used Products

For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for items that have been opened, used, or unsealed.

This includes any product that has been:

• Opened or packaging seal broken
• Used or tested
• Damaged due to personal handling

2. Eligible Returns (Damaged, Wrong or Defective Items)

You may request a return or exchange only if:

• You received the wrong item
• The product arrived damaged
• The product is defective

To qualify:

• You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• You must provide clear photo/video proof of the issue

Once verified, we will:

• Offer a replacement, or
• Issue a store credit, or
• Provide a refund (if applicable)

3. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

• Items purchased during flash sales, promo sales or clearance
• Free gifts or promotional items
• Products damaged due to misuse or storage neglect

4. Refund Processing Time

If your refund is approved:

• Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days
• The refund will be issued via the same payment method used during purchase
• Bank/Payment provider delays may apply

5. Order Cancellation

• Orders can only be canceled before shipping.
• Once dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.

6. Return Shipping Costs

• If the issue is from our end (wrong/damaged/defective), we cover the return shipping cost.
• If returned for any other reason, shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
